Community First is honored to host Mommy & Me virtual and in-person baby showers for expecting mothers enrolled in our Healthy Expectations Maternity Program. Each shower is led by a knowledgeable Health Educator and an experienced O.B. nurse. Showers are designed to help you learn more about what to expect as you prepare for your baby’s arrival, and how to get the most out of your health care benefits.

Mommy & Me Baby Shower Topics include:
- Pre and postnatal care
- Proper nutrition and exercise
- Breastfeeding
- How to prepare for lifestyle changes
- What to expect during labor and delivery

Sign up and attend a Mommy & Me Baby Shower and you may be eligible to receive:

- Car seat or safe sleep play yard
