A strong, arctic cold front is expected to arrive early Sunday, January 14, affecting Community First Health Plans’ Service Delivery Area, which includes Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe, Kendall, Medina, and Wilson counties.

Please be prepared for:

  • High winds and wind chill values below freezing
  • A small chance of wintry precipitation
  • Below freezing temperatures for more than 48 hours

Community First is committed to supporting our Members and community at large as we deal with inclement weather conditions.

Call Member Services to:

  • Get medical advice from a registered nurse, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Get a new copy of your Member ID card.
  • Replace necessary medical equipment, services, or supplies.

Community First Members who need to replace necessary medical equipment, services, or supplies should seek replacement through any available supplier. If you cannot find a supplier, call Member Services and we can help find one for you. Your supplies will be replaced even if you are temporarily outside of the county in which you live.
