Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) has developed a Provider Enrollment Assistance Tool (PEAT), an online virtual chat assistant that provides instant answers to Texas Medicaid provider enrollment-related questions.
PEAT can assist providers to:
- Find answers to enrollment and revalidation questions.
- Schedule an online appointment with a provider representative.
- Learn more about Provider Enrollment and Management System (PEMS) maintenance requests.
- Find instructions for submitting new enrollments, reenrollments, and updates to existing enrollments.
How to Access PEAT:
Visit the TMHP Provider Enrollment webpage and click on the Enrollment Help weblink in the left-hand menu. Expand the PEAT drop-down button and follow the prompts to begin.
