Zelis® is utilizing a maintenance window for the Payspan Portal that will start in 2 separate windows, listed below is the breakdown:
- Thursday January 15, 8:00 P.M. (EST) through 11:00 P.M. (EST)
- Saturday January 24, 8:00 P.M. (EST) through Sunday January 25, 9:00 A.M. (EST)
Note: If the maintenance activities are completed before 9:00 A.M. (EST) on January 25, 2026, we will end the maintenance early.
