Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Providers are reminded that Daylight Saving Time begins Sunday, March 8, 2026. At 2:00 a.m., clocks will move forward one hour to 3:00 a.m.
Because of this change, the overnight period will lose one hour, and EVV visits or shifts occurring during this time may appear one hour shorter than scheduled.
EVV systems are typically configured to automatically adjust for Daylight Saving Time. Providers may wish to review visits occurring during the overnight period to ensure visit times are recorded accurately.
