Community First Health Plans is excited to introduce Availity™ as our upcoming Provider Portal platform, launching January 2, 2027. Availity offers a secure, multi-payer experience that helps Providers easily access eligibility and benefits information, manage claims, and navigate administrative tasks in one convenient place.
With the transition to Availity™, Providers will retain access to the core functionality available today while benefiting from more integrated workflows, enhanced usability, and tools designed to simplify administrative tasks.
Providers who already have an Availity™ account will be able to use their existing login credentials allowing providers to access information for multiple payers through a familiar platform rather than learning separate portals.

No action is required at this time. Community First will share more information about available features, registration, training opportunities, implementation dates, and Provider support before the January 2, 2027 launch.
