Beginning September 1, 2024, Community First Health Plans (Community First) will begin offering STAR+PLUS, a Medicaid-managed care program for adults with physical or mental disabilities or who are 65 or older.
The STAR+PLUS Program has been designed to meet the unique needs of these Members. Community First is dedicated to ensuring that you receive the care you need and access to Value-Added Services (extra benefits offered by Community First beyond your Medicaid-covered services).
