Prevention, Specialized Care, and Well-being

Community First Health Plans is committed to the health and well-being of all women and girls in our community. We provide access to a wide range of quality health services focused on the unique health care needs of women for every stage of life.

Women’s Primary Care

It’s important to put your health first. Community First covers preventive care for women, including annual wellness exams, immunizations, and regular health screenings. The best care is preventive care. Follow your doctor’s health recommendations, schedule regular visits, and don’t ignore symptoms – seek care right away.

How To Get Care

Community First Members can get women’s health care services by making an appointment with their primary care provider or OB/GYN. You do not need a referral from your primary care provider to make an appointment with an OB/GYN in our network. If you need help finding care or making an appointment, call Community First Member Services at 1-800-434-2347.
