Revisions to the Electronic Visit Verification Policy Handbook will publish and be effective January 3, 2022. The handbook includes EVV standards and policy requirements for: Program Providers, Financial Management Services Agencies (FMSAs), Consumer Directed Services Employers (CDS), and Payers, such as HHSC and Managed Care Organizations.
The revisions to the EVV Policy Handbook add clarifications to the policies. A public version of the handbook will post to the EVV webpage after the handbook is published on January 3, 2022.
Providers should reference the EVV Policy Handbook with the posted revisions, available on the EVV webpage after January 3, 2022.
