On June 2, 2025, DispatchHealth, an in-home urgent care provider, will leave our service area and will not be in the Community First network anymore.
As a Community First Health Plans Member, you can still choose from a large network of urgent care providers for same-day care any time your primary care doctor is not available and you need to be seen right away. You can also get care at an urgent care clinic after hours or on weekends for non-life-threatening health needs like flu symptoms, high fevers, sore throats, upset stomachs, or minor injuries.
Remember that you can always call the Community First 24/7 Nurse Advice Line at 1-800-434-2347, where you can talk to a registered nurse 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They can help you decide if you need to go to an urgent care center or if you can wait to see your primary care provider.
