In order to meet EVV compliance requirements, program Providers and financial management services agencies (FMSAs), that are transitioning to HHAeXchange or have recently enrolled to offer personal care services (PCS), must complete the onboarding process and undergo system user training before October 1st.

Summary of Request:

  1. Submit the HHAeXchange Provider Onboarding Form.
  2. Register and attend HHAeXchange System User Training.

Additional Information:

Program Providers and FMSAs offering PCS services who fail to complete their onboarding with HHAeXchange before October 1st may be unable to record visits. Claims submitted without EVV-verified visits will be subject to denial.

For program Providers and FMSAs who are new to EVV due to the implementation of the Cures Act Home Health Care Services, it is essential to submit the HHAeXchange Provider Onboarding Form by October 31st. However, we strongly recommend completing this form as early as possible to gain proficiency in using EVV before its mandatory implementation on January 1, 2024.
