Hill Country Samaritans Back-to-School Bash

When: Saturday, July 27, 4:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Come for the free school supplies, haircuts, and health screenings, and stay for the fun activities and prizes! Students must be present at this event and registered for school in Bandera County to receive backpacks and school supplies.

Southeast Baptist Church Back-to-School Bash

Head out to Southeast Baptist Church to get ready for the new school year! Take home free school supplies, play fun games, and visit with vendors to receive free resources. Students must be present to receive school supplies
Swing Into Summer School Resource Fair

Families Empowered is hosting the Swing into Summer School Resource Fair at Hemisfair! Meet with local schools to determine the best option for your student, receive free resources and school supplies, and enjoy balloon animals and face painting!
KLRN Back to School Bash

GPCO 2024 Health-Fair and Back to School Bash

Bring the whole family out to the Alamo Colleges District Westside Education and Training Center and get ready for back to school! Receive vaccinations, vision screenings, blood pressure checks, BMI and blood sugar screenings, and pick up free school supplies.
Inspirational Experiences Back to School Bash 2024

Children of all abilities can get ready for back to school at St. Matthew’s United Methodist Church! Inspirational Experiences has taken extra care to provide a sensory-friendly environment, including sensory processing toys, “get-away” areas to relax, and fun activities such as cookie decorating and field games.

Boerne ISD Back-to-School Resource Rally

Back to School with the Boys in Blue – School Supply Program

The Floresville Police Department is holding its second annual school supply drive, collecting essential school supplies through donations from the community. From July 29 through August 2, parents and students can stop by the Floresville Police Department to pick up needed school supplies!

Trader’s Village Back 2 School Bash

Trader’s Village is holding their Back 2 School Bash, where students in Kindergarten through sixth grade can get free school supplies! The event will also include games, activities, music, and door prizes for kids of all ages. Characters from “Cap’s Crusaders” will also be making an appearance!
United for Christ Back-to-School Event

Empower House Back-to-School Fair

Empower House has everything you need to help your student get ready to go back to school this fall, including vaccines, school supplies, free resources, and raffles. McGruff the Crime Dog will also make a special appearance!
Monte Viejo Community Back-to-School Bash

Bring your student to Monte Viejo Park to get ready for the new school year. Pick up a free backpack and school supplies, then shop local small businesses and enjoy great food for purchase! Students must be present to receive a backpack.
Aid the Silent Back-to-School Night

When: Wedensday, August 7, 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Aid the Silent helps deaf or hard-of-hearing students prepare for school. Pick up a free backpack and school supplies, then visit with community partners to receive resources and information.
Back-to-School Event with District 1

When: Saturday, August 10, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
District 1 is hosting a Back to School Event at Edison High School for all students, offering essential services and family fun! The event will include immunizations, free haircuts, music, snacks, and complimentary school supplies.
Miller’s Pond Back-to-School Event

Cibolo Valley Baptist Church will be distributing school supplies to students in grades Kindergarten through fifth grade at the Back-to-School Market. Students can also enjoy a bounce house and waterslide. Games, popcorn, and snowcones will also be available for all.
