Effective April 1, 2025, SafeRide Health will provide Community First Health Plans’ Medicaid and Medicare Members with non-emergency medical transportation to health care appointments. These trips include rides to the doctor, dentist, hospital, pharmacy, and other places Community First STAR, STAR Kids, STAR+PLUS, and Medicare Advantage Members get Medicaid and Medicare services.
Through March 31, 2025, please continue booking rides through our current transportation provider, MTM, at 1-888-444-0307 or online at Medical Trip.net.
Starting on April 1, 2025, book through SafeRide by calling 1-855-932-2335, online at CommunityFirst.member.saferidehealth.com/login, or download the MySafeRide mobile app.
As a reminder, if you are a Community First Medicaid or Medicare Member and you have no means of transportation or can’t get a ride to a health care appointment, you can get transportation services at no cost. Non-emergency medical transportation services are NOT ambulance services. If you need emergency services or an ambulance, please call 911.
