Community First is sharing important information from the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) regarding updated TMHP IAMOnline training materials and changes to the planned transition of the Custom Reports portal.
TMHP IAMOnline is the new entry point for accessing applications on the TMHP website. Texas Medicaid Providers use TMHP IAMOnline to manage services, access resources, and perform essential TMHP-related tasks.
TMHP IAMOnline Training Materials Update
TMHP has updated training materials for the Medicaid Client Portal (MCP) and My Account applications to include TMHP IAMOnline login instructions.
The updated training materials are available through the TMHP Learning Management System (LMS).
Users must have an LMS username and password to access training materials. New users can select create a new user account from the LMS homepage to establish access.
Custom Reports Portal Transition Update
TMHP has announced that the Custom Reports online portal application will not transition to TMHP IAMOnline as part of the August 3, 2026 Release 3 implementation.
TMHP will communicate a future implementation date for the Custom Reports transition through a subsequent provider notice.
