For Providers who do not have their own clearing house for claims submissions, Community First offers two single-claim submission options at no cost to members of our Provider Network: Availity and Claim MD, both accessible through the Community First Provider Portal.
At this time, Claim MD is temporarily not available for claims submission due to the transition to the new Provider portal. However, Availity has a similar option that can be used for claim submissions and we invite you to sign up for it.
It is estimated that Claim MD will be integrated into the new Provider portal by the end of March 2022. After that, Providers will have the option to use either Claim MD or Availity at any given time to submit claims, both at no cost to the Provider.
Go to Availity.com and sign up for your account. If you already have an account with Availity, simply add Community First Health Plans as one of your payors, our payor name is COMMF.

Community First sponsors all claims submissions through Availity for single submission claims and therefore using this option is at no-cost to our Provider network.
