TMHP’s new Provider Enrollment Assistant Tool (PEAT) is now available to help simplify your enrollment experience in the Provider Enrollment and Management System (PEMS). PEAT provides quick answers to common questions, links to step‑by‑step guidance, and helps walk you through key parts of the enrollment process.

You can also use PEAT to schedule a one‑on‑one walk‑through session with a PEMS Provider Relations representative for personalized support.

Update: You no longer need an NPI to use PEAT for general enrollment questions.

One‑on‑One Walk‑Through Support:

If you’d like direct help with a specific enrollment issue in PEMS, PEAT can schedule a personalized walk‑through session.
To book a session, please have:

  • NPI
  • Contact name
  • Email address
  • Phone number

This is the only PEAT feature that requires an NPI.

How to Access PEAT:

You can access PEAT on the TMHP website by visiting the Provider Enrollment page and selecting Enrollment Help. The tool appears midway down the page – just follow the prompts to begin.
