With Zelis’ recent acquisition of Payspan, Community First Health Plans, Inc. (Community First) will transition to the Zelis Payments Network.
No action is needed to receive electronic payments in the Zelis Payments Network because Community First Providers are already enrolled. Effective August 1, you will begin receiving your claim payments from Community First using your preferred payment method under the same terms with Zelis you have today.
This new arrangement replaces the previous Payspan solution. Alternative payment options are available, including ACH+, Community First ePayment Center & paper check, which include free or low-cost options. If you have any questions or want to change your payment method, please call 1-877-828-8770.
