Community First Health Plans is sharing important information regarding TMHP IAMOnline account activation for Texas Medicaid providers.
Providers should check their email inbox for the TMHP IAMOnline activation email sent on August 18, 2026, and follow the instructions provided to complete account activation.
To begin the activation process:
- Open the TMHP IAMOnline activation email.
- Select the Activate Account button.
- Follow the prompts to complete account setup.
TMHP IAMOnline serves as the secure entry point for accessing TMHP applications and is used to manage services, access resources, and perform essential TMHP-related tasks.
Did Not Receive Your Activation Email?
Providers who have not received the TMHP IAMOnline activation email should:
- Work with their organization’s information technology (IT) staff to ensure the activation email was not blocked by email security settings.
- Add the following email addresses to the organization’s email whitelist:
- Check Spam or Junk folders for the activation email.
Providers who complete these troubleshooting steps and still have not received the activation email should contact the TMHP Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Help Desk for assistance.

- Accessing TMHP applications
- Managing account security
- Navigating the IAMOnline platform
